Refund policy

UPDATE 3/20/2020: Due to COVID-19, we are no longer accepting product returns to help prevent the spread of the virus until further notice. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate an unprecedented time.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days after receiving your package. Please email us at NailBargains@gmail.com for return authorization. Items are required to be unused and in its original packaging. Please ship the item to:

Refunds will be made via PayPal. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. 

Incorrect Merchandise

If the merchandise delivered to you is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail immediately.  Please include your order number.  After the review of your request, we will e-mail you return label to return incorrect merchandise.

1. You must submit a request within seven (7) days after receiving your package(s).
2. You may not return your merchandise without our approval. 

Upon receiving incorrect merchandise, we will ship the correct merchandise.

Defective and Damaged Merchandise 

If the merchandise delivered to you is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail immediately.  Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged merchandise. After the review of your report, we will refund you the amount of defective or damaged merchandise to your credit card or Paypal account.
